Digital Health Rewired 2026 Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is ReStart Consulting Ltd, registered in England and Wales (“ReStart”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 Entry is open to individuals aged 18 or over who attend Digital Health Rewired 2026 on 24th–25th March 2026.
2.2 Employees of ReStart Consulting Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries will not be counted.
3. Free Entry
3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw. Entry is free.
3.2 Entry is made by completing the official Microsoft Form or a paper entry form available at the ReStart stand during the Rewired event on 24th–25th March 2026.
3.3 Entries received after 23:59 on 25th March 2026 will not be included.
3.4 Consent to use personal data for administration of the prize draw is required for entry.
3.5 Consent to receive marketing communications is optional and is not a condition of entry.
4. The Prize
4.1 One winner will receive a £500 holiday gift voucher, to be selected by ReStart Consulting Ltd.
4.2 The Promoter may discuss voucher options with the winner; however, the final selection of voucher provider remains at the Promoter’s discretion.
4.3 The voucher will have a total value of £500 and will be non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered.
4.4 The voucher will be subject to the issuing provider’s own terms and conditions, including any expiry date or usage restrictions.
4.5 ReStart Consulting Ltd is not responsible for any additional costs incurred in connection with use of the voucher, including but not limited to travel insurance, upgrades, additional passengers, or any price exceeding £500.
4.6 ReStart reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1 The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
5.2 The draw will take place on Friday 27th March 2026.
5.3 The winner will be contacted via the email address provided within 2 working days of the draw.
5.4 The winner must respond within 7 calendar days of the notification email to claim the prize.
5.5 If the winner does not respond within 7 calendar days, ReStart reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Data Protection
6.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK GDPR and ReStart Consulting Ltd’s Privacy Policy, available at: www.restartconsulting.com/privacy-notice/
6.2 Personal data will be used for the purpose of administering the prize draw.
6.3 Where explicit marketing consent is provided, ReStart may also contact entrants with relevant updates and information about its products and services.
6.4 Entrants may withdraw marketing consent at any time.
7. General
7.1 ReStart reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
7.2 By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
7.3 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
