Celebrating Geri Boynova’s Promotion to Chief Revenue Officer at ReStart
We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Geri Boynova to the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at ReStart. Geri has been an integral part of our team for over four years, most recently serving as our Sales Director, and brings with her a wealth of experience, insight, and passion for transforming healthcare through interoperability.
A Proven Leader in HealthTech Growth
Since joining ReStart, Geri has demonstrated a deep commitment to helping NHS organisations achieve their interoperability goals. Her leadership in business development, client relationships, and strategic sales planning has directly contributed to ReStart’s continued growth as the UK’s leading interoperability and data company.
Geri’s journey with us began as Head of Sales, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening executive-level partnerships across NHS Trusts. She then served as Regional Director for the North of the UK, before stepping into the role of Sales Director. Each step of her career at ReStart has been marked by a consistent focus on delivering value, building trust, and enabling better health outcomes through technology.
A Career Built on Purpose
Before joining ReStart, Geri held a key role at TPP, managing major NHS accounts across Yorkshire and the Midlands. There, she developed a reputation for strategic relationship management and helped define the direction of healthcare IT solutions in collaboration with national organisations such as NHS England and NHS Digital.
Geri’s academic background in Biological Sciences (Physiology and Pharmacology) from the University of Leicester has informed her holistic understanding of healthcare, and her early experiences highlight her dedication to service, leadership, and impact.
Looking Ahead
In her new role as Chief Revenue Officer, Geri will lead ReStart’s commercial strategy, aligning sales, marketing and business development to support our continued expansion and innovation in digital care. Her vision, enthusiasm and knowledge make her the ideal leader to drive ReStart’s next phase of growth.
